The Excelsior Springs Municipal Division will be offering an amnesty month during the entire month of January 2023 on active Excelsior Springs Municipal warrants. The purpose of this program is to provide people with active warrants the opportunity to resolve their charges and to do so without the fear of arrest. Failure to Appear Charge(s) will be waived and the Excelsior Springs warrant(s) will be withdrawn upon posting a one hundred dollar cash only bond. Your case will then be reset on the docket and your appearance will be required at a future court date to fully dispose of the charge(s).
