Bond reduction granted after multi-agency pursuit

After allegedly fleeing from multiple law enforcement agencies, 31-year-old Braymer resident Taylor Danile Shoe was granted a bond reduction earlier this week. Shoe appeared in custody before Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Louis Angles at Clay County Courthouse. Although Shoe applied for a public defender, one had not yet been assigned. Judge Angles proceeded with the hearing, granting a bond reduction from $75,000 cash or surety to $25,000 cash or surety, of which 10% is required. The court ordered Shoe to appear again on July 18 at 9 a.m. for a docket call. Because Shoe refused to leave her cell, she failed to appear for her July 3 arraignment hearing. The arraignment hearing was continued to July 5 and Judge Angles accepted her plea of not guilty.
