City considering Polsinelli law firm to address Hall of Waters matters

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – The city is considering turning to the law firm Polsinelli PC for guidance as city leaders explore options for utilizing the Hall of Waters building. City Manager Molly McGovern presented the City Council with a resolution during its Dec. 21 meeting to approve an agreement with Polsinelli, a Kansas City-based firm with offices in several major cities, including Chicago, New York City and Los Angeles. Per a Dec. 4 letter sent by Polsinelli to McGovern, the agreement is for the firm to aid the city “with structuring analysis for potential development of” the 87-year-old facility.
