A new appointment has been made to the Excelsior Springs Board and Commission to the Capital Improvements Authority and Transportation Trust.Excelsior Springs City Manager Molly McGovern announced during a recent meeting that Chuck Duckworth would be filling the vacant seat left by Stephen Stubbs, who has moved out of the city.
