The Clay County Board of Election Commissioners has a new website. “We are happy to offer a more streamlined, efficient and user-friendly website, so our voters and volunteers will have easier, more accurate access to all the information they need to be ready to vote or volunteer,” stated Darla Wierzbicki, board chairman, in a recent press release. Website features include information regarding absentee voting, mockup election ballots and map links for polling stations. To visit the site, go to www.voteclaycountymo. gov. Clay County will hold its next elections April 2. A sample ballot on the board’s website shows three elections for Excelsior Springs residents – Clay County Health Board trustee, the local school board and the city council.
