Excelsior Springs (ES) Hospital shared the organization’s ongoing growth with Chamber of Commerce members during this month’s Chamber of Commerce networking luncheon. As a sponsor, ES Hospital provided lunch from the hospital café. ES Hospital’s Chief Executive Director Kristen DeHart announced many things occurring at the hospital, including copious growth, adding new providers and outpatient specialty clinics. “Our advanced dermatological surgery group has recently changed from Dr. Tarantino to Dr. Siscos,” DeHart said. DeHart said the new doctor, Dr. Michael Siscos has had a busy schedule since he began working for the hospital this past July, and Dr. Isadroe Tarantino, who started 18 months ago, has already diagnosed 53 patients with skin cancer at one clinic alone. ES Hospital also has incorporated pediatric care by adding behavioral health programs and rehabilitation.
