A public hearing was held by the Ex celsior Springs Planning and Zoning Commission to discuss the authorization of two local homes being rented as Air BnBs. Bridge Wealth Fund One LLC, the owner of both properties, requested that short-term rentals be allowed at 2011 Brookside Circle and 2081 Rockridge Parkway to be utilized as Air BnBs. Which was later voted on at the regular city council meeting, with both motions being denied. Robert Shepherd, a Bridge Wealth Fund One LLC representative, explained the company has been looking for a buyer for the two properties. He explained Bridge Wealth One LLC wants to utilize the properties to cover mortgage costs while seeking a qualified buyer.
