The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following incidents handled recently by the department: Tuesday, March 10 6:44 a.m., 2200 block of Happy Lane, An officer contacted a runaway from Kearney MO at the request of Kearney PD. The juvenile was located and the officer stood by with her until her mother arrived to pick her up.  1:10 p.m., 300 block of S. Main Street, Gregory Strickler Jr., WM, 32 was arrested on a local warrant for fail to appear for domestic assault. He was booked and incarcerated.  6:02 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Mary E Bracken WF, 39, was arrested on a 3-day court confinement.  6:35 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Carter D Branstetter, WM, 19, was arrested on two Clinton County warrants for failure to appear for speeding and no insurance with a bond of $400 cash only.   7:36 p.m., 200 block of E.
