The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following incidents handled recently by the department. Tuesday, May 12 3:41 p.m., E. Seybold Road and Marietta Street, Magen M. Coursen, WF, 33 was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of heroin, felony possession of prescription medication, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released pending further investigation on felony charges and on her own recognizance with a court date for city charges. She was released to Richmond PD as a person of interest in a trespassing investigation. Thursday, May 14 6:09 a.m., 700 block of N. McCleary Road, Steven Littrell, WM, 40 reported a theft from the Ameren Substation. 9:34 a.m., 2000 block of W.
