ESACC to undergo changes

The Excelsior Springs Area Career Center is gearing up to make interior and exterior changes for next school year. Michael Botchway, architect designer with Incite Design Studio, said drawings for the project, which will begin this summer, were recently sent to Newkirk Novack Construction Partners. One change set to occur will be revamping the interior of the building. ESACC will be “introducing new entrance signage for the building while also creating a more welcoming entrance to the building and interior improvements,” said Botchway. The plans revealed “updating the secure vestibule and providing more of a welcome entrance that takes people through the best view of the corridors.” The exterior building design embodies a view of the career center from the high school with a sidewalk entrance.
