The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department.

TUESDAY, APRIL 4

At 7:25 a.m., Tifanie Adams, 36, was arrested for delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county/private jail/correctional center except with a written prescription, and an outside warrant service.

At 5:04 p.m., Brittany Harper, 31, was arrested for assault.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5

At 3:30 p.m., Steven Horton, 30, was arrested for animal neglect or abandonment, small animals, and fowl.

At 3:30 p.m., David Horton Jr., 31, was arrested for animal neglect or abandonment, small animals, and fowl.

At 3:30 p.m., Codie Horton, 28, was arrested for animal neglect or abandonment, small animals, and fowl.

THURSDAY, APRIL 6

At 1:44 p.m., Lindsey Durbin, 33, was arrested for an outside warrant service.

FRIDAY, APRIL 7,

At 1:43 p.m., David Busick, 40, was arrested for driving while suspended.

At 6:23 p.m., Angela Winchester, 52, was arrested for driving while revoked.
