The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 7 At 1:50 p.m., Jessica Haymond, 27, was arrested for failure to appear. At 6:00 p.m., Corey Kincaid, 50, was arrested for failure to appear. At 9:20 p.m., Anna Holder, 32, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of controlled substance/dangerous drugs. FRIDAY, JUNE 9 At 10:14 p.m., Jacqueline Balderas, 32, was arrested for open liquor/other misc. liquor offenses; endanger the welfare of a child; driving while intoxicated. TUESDAY, JUNE 13 At 9:04 a.m., Michael Church, 35, was arrested for stealing - $750 or more – theft from motor vehicle. At 1:08 p.m., Jody Nelson, 55, was arrested for stealing/shoplifting. At 1:08 p.m., Timothy Nelson, 64, was arrested for stealing/shoplifting.
