The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department. Wednesday, September 27 At 7:26 a.m., Nicholas Adkins, 30, was arrested for stealing – all other larceny. Thursday, September 28 At 1:04 a.m., Allan O’Dell, 34, was arrested for unlawful use of a loaded weapon while intoxicated; disobey lawful order; open liquor/other miscellaneous liquor offenses; trespassing – 1st degree. At 4:15 p.m., Rachelle Munger, 44, was arrested for an outside warrant service.
