The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department. Sunday, February 18 At 11:30 a.m., Tre’yon Brown, 23, was arrested for domestic assault. At 11:44 a.m., Justin Morris, 23, was arrested for outside warrant service. At 2:51 p.m., Jaes Brady, 39, was arrested for failure to appear. At 5:00 p.m., James Humphrey, 21, was arrested for disobeying lawful order.
