The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department.

Thursday, March 20

At 2:03 p.m., Jeffrey Rupe, 64, was arrested for open liquor/ other misc. liquor offenses; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving while suspended.

Friday, March 21

At 12:25 a.m., Monica Estes, 45, was arrested for failure to appear.

At 10:48 a.m., Dirk Sparks, 53, was arrested for driving while suspended.

At 1:28 p.m., Aaron Todd, 45, was arrested for expired plates; no valid operator’s license; failure to appear. At 7:38 p.m., Draven Graef, 27, was arrested for failure to appear.

At 7:38 p.m., Alisha Halstenberg, 25, was arrested for failure to appear.

Saturday, March 22

At 11:25 a.m., Jacqueline Januszka, 26, was arrested for outside warrant service; driving while suspended.

Sunday, March 23

At 9:03 a.m., Justin Clock, 20, was arrested for (felony) possession of controlled substance.
