INDEPENDENCE – Corey Martin, chief of staff, Kansas City Cannabis Co., stated the company is one of the few 100% Missouri-owned and operated medical marijuana dispensaries and announced a partnership with Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence. Kansas City Cannabis has an Excelsior Springs location. The arena hosts 100-plus activities a year, including various sporting events, live performances and concerts with internationally recognized performers. What makes this partnership unique is the willingness of arena management to work with Kansas City Cannabis as the arena’s first cannabis advertiser, Martin said.
