Timothy M Haslett Jr. appeared in person before Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Alisha O’Hara for a docket call earlier this week. “I received the rest of the discovery today and I’m requesting this be continued until July 10, to give me enough time to go through it,” stated Tiffany Leuty, Haslett’s public defender. “My client is being housed outside of Clay County due to the jail situation. I have not been able to get in contact with him because of this and I may be filing a motion.” Judge O’Hara continued the case until 1:30 p.m. July 10 for a docket call and possibly a motion hearing.
