Excelsior Springs Hospital (ESH) surgical services offers varying surgical services at the hospital. Emily Braun, director of surgical services, said the hospital offers general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ear, nose and throat and podiatry surgical procedures. “The hospital can do anything big city hospitals can do,” Braun said. Since the ongoing growth continues at the hospital, more advanced imaging methods are being utilized, as well as minimally invasive surgery techniques being offered by nine surgical providers.
