A Lawson man has posted a $5,000 bond after being charged with two felonies and one misdemeanor.Brett A. Williams, 31, has been charged with second-degree domestic assault, third-degree domestic assault and fourth degree domestic assault.Last week, a warrant was issued and served on Williams, with a bond of $5,000 and special conditions which include no contact with the victim, regular reporting to Missouri Supervision Solutions LLC, required testing for drug or alcohol use, not possessing a firearm or other deadly weapon and abstaining from possession or use of alcohol or any controlled substance.However, his private attorney, M. Andrew Roffman, filed a motion last week for a bond modification to be heard on Tuesday. The motion requests a change in the bond conditions, specifically to allow contact with the alleged victim, who is his wife.
