The Excelsior Springs Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted for questioning in an ongoing investigation, who also has an active felony warrant from Clay County.Brian Eugene Grayson, 49, is described as five feet 10 inches tall and 190 pounds with an average build. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to have tattoos on his neck, both arms, chest and back.
