Tuesday, May 1

4:27 a.m., 200 block of Fine St.: Officer took a report for domestic assault.

5:12 a.m., St. Louis Ave. and Highland Park Ave.: Officer responded to the area to assist a semi-truck driver with directions.

7:11 a.m., 200 block of Penn St.: An officer checked on a vehicle which has been parked at Piburn Field for over a week. Attempts to contact the owner met with negative results.

7:33 a.m., 200 block of Ridge St.: Erin Williams, WF, 38, reported someone had attempted to break into her house overnight and that there was damage to her door.

8:14 a.m., 200 block of Fine St.: Officers responded on a report of a domestic disturbance. The parties involved advised it was verbal only and requested no assistance.

8:29 a.m., 2300 block of Rhonda Rd.: Officers responded on a residential alarm. The residence was secure and the homeowner requested nothing further.

8:48 a.m., N. Jesse James Rd. and Miller Ave.: Officers assisted a semi driver who needed directions. The party was given a route that would work for his truck.

9:04 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: An escort was conducted for the Finance Department.

9:06 a.m., 100 block of Southview Dr.: A party reported she had left her license plates on a vehicle when she sold it and she had been unable to get the buyer to return them. The party does not live in the area and she did not want any action taken.

10:59 a.m., 1400 block of Hospital Dr.: Officers responded in a report of party who was making suicidal threats. The party was transported by ambulance.

12:02 p.m., 2400 block of Merlot Pl.: Officers attempted to locate a party and advise him to stay away from a residence. The party was not located.

2:33 p.m., 100 block of Ash St.: Officers responded on a report homeless parties were camping in the area. Contact was made and all parties were given 24 hours to remove their belongings and leave the area, per Codes Enforcement.

2:01 p.m., 500 block of Adams St.: Animal Control Officer responded on two abandoned felines. They were taken to the animal shelter.

2:06 p.m., 100 block of Liberty St.: Officer responded on a report of a power line down in the roadway. It was determined to be a media line and Ameren UE responded to remove it from the roadway.

2:13 p.m., 2400 block of Merlot Pl.: Officers responded on a disturbance in progress. A WM, 57, was placed on a 24-hour hold for peace disturbance, resisting detention and disobeying a lawful order.

3:49 p.m., 200 block of S. Titus Ave.: Information was taken for a report on stealing from a motor vehicle.

4:10 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Lane Carey, WM, 20, was arrested on a local warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia x2, possession of marijuana, stealing, no seatbelt, no valid drivers license, and fail to answer an order for a revocation hearing. He is being held at Clay County Detention with a bond of $1,000 cash only.

4:09 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Officer investigated a false report by a WF, 42, after being arrested on warrant for another subject by giving false information. Investigation Continues.

4:32 p.m., 700 block of S. Marietta St.: An animal control officer responded to a report of a canine attacking another canine. The owner was advised of her options.

5:27 p.m., 100 block of Crown Hill Rd.: Officers responded with fire units on a trash can fire. The officers stood by until they were no longer needed.

7:04 p.m., 100 block of S. Maple Ave.: Officers and EMS responded to a report of a possible overdose. A report was taken and the party was transported.

7:16 p.m., 2000 block of W. Jesse James Rd.: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance not in progress. It was verbal only and the parties were advised of their options.

8:06 p.m., 100 block of Easy St.: Officer responded to a report of a vehicle with two parties and became hostile when asked to leave a driveway. The vehicle was not found, but extra patrol was requested.

8:55 p.m., 100 block of Crown Hill Rd.: An officer responded on a request to unlock a vehicle.

10:22 p.m., 700 block of Magnolia Ave.: Officers and EMS responded to a report of a possible overdose. Information was taken for a report.

11:39 p.m., 69 Hwy. and Patsy Ln.: Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver. The area was checked, but the vehicle was not found.

 

Wednesday, May 2

1:44 a.m., 2300 block of Vintage Ct.: Officer responded on an alarm at the business. The building was secured and appeared in order.

7:14 a.m., Crockett Ave. and Hazel St.: An officer responded on a report of a tree down blocking the roadway. Ameren and the Street Department were contacted to respond.

7:16 a.m., Wornall Rd. and Tiger Dr.: An officer responded on report of a minor accident. The parties exchanged information and did not want a report.

7:58 a.m., 900 block of St. Paul Ave.: A party was transported for treatment after admitting to taking too much medication in an attempt to harm herself.

8:39 a.m., 300 block of May St.: An officer spoke with a citizen about suspicious activity in the neighborhood.

8:59 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: An officer conducted an escort for the Finance Department.

10:22 a.m., 1100 block of Cordell St.: Margaret Felkey, WF, 82, reported fraud.

11:25 a.m., 1100 block of Cordell St.: Animal Control responded on a fail to restrain complaint. The owner of the canine was contacted and counseled.

12:19 p.m., 100 block of S. Myrtle Ave.: Animal Control picked up a domesticated rabbit which was running loose.

12:22 p.m., 600 block of S. Marietta St.: Officers checked on a party who was reportedly trying to get into the Bennett’s Garage building. The party was counseled.

12:26 p.m., 500 block of Park Ave.: Officer spoke with a party about neighborhood problems. She was advised of her options.

1:11 p.m., 700 block of Tiger Dr.: A party reported his vehicle had been damaged with a party in an oncoming car struck his passenger side mirror with a baseball bat. The party did not request any further action.

1:32 p.m., 2200 block of Patsy Ln.: Kayla Shelley, WF, 26, was arrested for shoplifting, failure to obey a lawful order and littering. Her bond was set at $250. Additional charges pending further investigation.

2:33 p.m., 600 block of Isley Blvd.: Officers provided traffic control while Mediacom repaired a cable line.

3:11 p.m., 1700 block of W. Jesse James Rd.: Officer recovered a wallet that was found at the location. The owner was contacted and will respond to Police Headquarters to pick it up.

3:12 p.m., 400 block of E. Excelsior St.: Officer took a report for domestic assault.

3:56 p.m., 400 block of Concourse Ave.: Dana M. Roark, WF, 36, and Jose P. Gonzales, HM, 40, were involved in a minor non-injury traffic accident.

4:54 p.m., Salem Rd. and N. Main St.: Officer responded to the area on a report of children riding skateboards in the roadway. The area was checked, but the children were not located.

5:07 p.m., 2200 block of Patsy Ln.: Raven L. Walters, WM, 19, was arrested for stealing. He was booked and released on his own recognizance with a court date.

5:39 p.m., Orrick Rd. and Fredericksburg Rd.: Officer responded to the area on a report of a party trespassing. It was determined to be a neighbor and nothing further was requested.

6:59 p.m., 1700 block of Briarwood Ln.: Officer stood by while a party was evaluated for a medical issue.

7:33 p.m., 1200 block of St. Louis Ave.: Officer located a juvenile who had walked away from church without an adult. The juvenile was transported his residence and released to a guardian.

8:23 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Dell W. Mansker, WM, 55, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for failure to appear for open liquor with bond of $300 cash only. Dallas D. Mansker, WM, 56, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for failure to appear for careless driving and open liquor with bond of $500 cash only.

9:42 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St.: Officer responded to the Hospital with a prisoner while he was evaluated for an illness. He was then transported back and incarcerated pending bond.

11:13 p.m., 1000 block of Hickory St.: Officers responded to the residence on a report of a disturbance in progress. A WM, 45, was arrested on a 24-hour hold for domestic assault.

 

Thursday, May 3

1:16 a.m., 69 Hwy. and McCleary Rd.: Officer responded in reference to a careless driver entering the city limits. Officers located the vehicle along with the Clay County Sheriffs Department at 69 Highway and Italian Way. The incidents occurred outside the city and Clay County issued the driver several citations and followed them home for the night.

2:14 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Joshua Elliott, WM, 23, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs Warrant for fail to appear with a bond of $300. The subject posted bond and was released from custody.

3:30 a.m., 1000 block of Italian Way: Officer attempted to stop a vehicle which left the city limits before it could be stopped.

5:04 a.m., 1000 block of Italian Way: Officer responded and stood by in the area while an employee was terminated from the business. Nothing else was requested at this time and no problems occurred.

5:09 a.m., 69 Hwy. and Crown Hill Rd.: Officer contacted a subject who was having a medical problem and he was escorted to the Hospital for treatment. The subject was escorted to the Hospital and nothing else was requested.

6:54 a.m., 600 block of Tiger Dr.: An officer responded on a report a canine trying to get into the building. The canine was captured and transported to the animal shelter.

7:30 a.m., 700 block of Northwind Dr.: Officers responded on a report of a WM peering into vehicle windows and acting suspicious. A WM, 20, was contacted and advised he was just waiting on a friend. Nothing further was requested.

8:56 a.m., Old Orchard Ave. and Sycamore St.: An officer responded to check on a vehicle which was reported to be illegally parked.

8:58 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: An officer conducted an escort for the finance department.

9:56 a.m., 100 block of Juniper St.: An officer responded to the lobby to speak with a party about suspicious activity in his neighborhood.

10:18 a.m., 700 block of Crown Hill Rd.: An officer responded to the lobby to take a report for domestic assault.

11:19 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: James Atkins, WM, 24, was arrested on a local failure to appear warrant for failure to pay court fines. He was booked in with a cash only bond of $120.

12:22 p.m., 2200 block of Patsy Ln.: Officer responded on a report of a WM trying to break into a vehicle. Contact was made and it was determined he had locked his keys in the vehicle. The vehicle was unlocked.

2:00 p.m., 200 block of W. Broadway Ave.: An officer provided an escort for a funeral.

2:28 p.m., St. Paul and Kimball Ave.: Jessica Wanger, WF, 36, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked in and placed on a $250 bond.

2:49 p.m., 1100 block of Tracy Ave.: Officer responded to speak with parties regarding an issue with a neighbor. They were advised of their options.

3:38 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St.: Officer transported a party to Liberty Hospital on a 96-hour psychiatric hold.

4:02 p.m., 700 block of Magnolia Ave.: Officer responded to the residence on a report of a male party out of control. The party agreed to be transported to the hospital by his mother for a psychiatric evaluation. Nothing further was requested.

4:04 p.m., 500 Block of Tiger Dr.: Officer responded to the Community Center on a report of a disturbance between two juveniles. The juveniles were counseled and nothing further was requested.

5:29 p.m., 1200 block of N. Jesse James Rd.: Officers responded to the area on a report of several male parties sexually harassing female customers and employees. The parties were contacted and trespassed from the business. Nothing further was requested.

5:57 p.m., 700 block of Crown Hill Rd.: Officer spoke with a party via telephone regarding a civil issue.

6:18 p.m., 100 block of Crown Hill Rd.: Officer checked on a suspicious vehicle left in the parking lot. It was determined the vehicle had run out of gas and nothing further was requested.

6:43 p.m., Broadway Ave. and Kansas City Ave.: Jessica M. Coughenour, WF, 27, was arrested for driving while suspended and following too closely. Felicia D. Garcia, HF, 27, was arrested for felony possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both parties were booked and released on their own recognizance with a court date.

6:53 p.m., 2000 block of W. Jesse James Rd.: Officer recovered marijuana that was found on the property and destroyed it at Police Headquarters.

7:07 p.m., 1900 block of W. Jesse James Rd.: Officer responded to the area on a report of a suspicious party. The party was not located.

8:52 p.m., 400 block of St. Louis Ave.: Officers responded to the area on a report of a disturbance in progress. The suspects were gone prior to officer’s arrival.

10:09 p.m., St. Louis Ave. and Concourse Ave.: Officer located a vehicle abandoned in the roadway. The vehicle was removed.

11:30 p.m., 500 block of Caldwell Ave.: Officer provided a courtesy ride for a party.

11:33 p.m., 2300 block of Vintage Dr.: Officer responded in reference to a WF who was standing in the roadway and confused about everything. She was transported to the Hospital for treatment and officer stood by until her husband responded and took custody of the subject.

 

Friday, May 4

12:22 a.m., 1100 block of Tracy Ave.: Officer contacted Avery McClure, WM, 49, who was arrested on a Clay County Felony warrant for fail to appear on a narcotics charge with no bond. He was later released to the Clay County Detention Center.

1:06 a.m., 1300 block of Jill Ln.: Officer responded and returned an item to the resident.

1:36 a.m., 1900 block of W. Jesse James Rd.: James Trigg, BM, 44, was arrested for possession marijuana, drug paraphernalia, no headlights and no insurance. He was later booked and released after the booking process.

6:15 a.m., N. Hwy. and Seybold Rd.: Chad Reynolds, WM, 25, and Lance Adams, WM, 16, were involved in a minor motor vehicle accident at the location.

8:52 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: An officer provided an escort for the finance department.

9:55 a.m., 300 block of S. Main St.: An officer spoke with a party regarding a missing license plate. The party was advised of his options.

10:30 a.m., 69 Hwy. and Cameron Rd.: Anthony Flathers, WM, 25, was arrested on a Claycomo PD warrant for failure to appear for traffic with a bond of $1000 cash only. Custody was later transferred to Claycomo PD.

11:39 a.m., 2300 Piedmont Pl.: Officer spoke with a party regarding her mail being taken. The party was advised of her options.

11:58 a.m., 1500 block of Kearney Rd.: Alyssa Vesser, WF, 31, and Joshua Stocks, WM, 28, were involved in a minor traffic accident. No major injuries were reported.

12:17 p.m., 700 block of St. Louis Ave.: An officer responded to a report of previous threats made. Both parties were advised of their options.

12:23 p.m., S. Kansas City Ave.: and Regent Ave.: An officer responded to a report of a car door open. The owners of the vehicle were contacted and advised.

1:01 p.m., 200 block of Oakwood Ave.: Officers responded to a report of an intrusion alarm. It was determined to be an accidental trip.

2:40 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Julia Burton, WF, 24, was arrested on a local warrant for failure to appear for no proof of insurance and expired operators license. She was booked and has a bond of $400 cash only.

3:27 p.m., 500 block of Benton Ave.: An officer responded on a request for a welfare check of a child. The child was fine.

3:41 p.m., 400 block of St. Louis Ave.: Officer responded with EMS on a report of breathing problems. The officer stood by until she was no longer needed.

3:51 p.m., 400 block of Zay Dr.: An animal control officer responded to a report of abandoned animals. Entry was gained to impound the abandoned animals.

4:35 p.m., 1800 block of Dehart Rd.: Officer responded to a report of an open burn. The party was counseled on the city ordinance.

4:37 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St.: Officer stood by while a prisoner was evaluated with a medical need.

4:40 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Shirley N. Jesse, WF, 34, was arrested on a local warrant for fail to appear for expired plates and expired license. Her bond was set at $300 cash only.

4:48 p.m., 1400 block of Neil Ln.: Officers responded with EMS to a report of a party threatening suicide. The party was voluntarily transported by ambulance.

5:41 p.m., 1600 block of Meadowlark Ln.: Officers responded to the area on a report of an aggressive driver. The vehicle was not located.

7:36 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Samantha J. Brown, WF, 39, was arrested and posted $500 cash bond at Clay County Detention Center on an Excelsior Springs fail to appear warrant for domestic assault

9:48 p.m., 500 block of St. Louis Ave.: Officers responded to a report of a suspicious party loitering at the business. The party was counseled and agreed to move on.

1:37 a.m., 100 block of Industrial Park Rd.: Officer located an unsecured outside gate at the location. The gate was secured by officers.

1:58 a.m., 2200 block of Patsy Ln.: Officer located an item on top of a vehicle in the parking lot of the business. The owner was contacted and the item returned to the owner.

8:18 a.m., 100 block of Crown Hill Rd.: Officer located an item on top of a vehicle in the parking lot of the business. The owner was contacted and the item returned to the owner.

8:30 a.m., 400 block of Zay Dr.: Officer responded to a report of a party walking into a residence which wasn’t theirs. The party was trying to catch their cat which ran away. The party was counseled on entering a residence without permission.

9:46 a.m., 1500 block of Kearney Rd.: Timothy Jameson, WM, 66, Larry Tackett, WM, 55, and Dylan McFee, WM, 21, were involved in a motor vehicle accident. No major injuries were reported.

10:00 a.m., 100 block of Industrial Park Rd.: Officer responded to a report of a vehicle which was left in a business parking lot. The business owner was advised of his options.

10:36 a.m., 600 block of Beverly Ave.: Officer responded to speak with a party regarding a civil issue. The party was advised of his options.

12:07 p.m., Old Orchard Ave. and Sycamore St.: Officer responded to a report of an illegally parked vehicle. The owner agreed to move his vehicle.

12:23 p.m., 300 block of E. Excelsior St.: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. Information was taken for a report.

12:37 p.m., 400 block of Isley Blvd.: An officer responded to a report of a stolen camera. Information was taken for a report.

11:58 a.m., 100 block of Crown Hill Rd.: An officer responded to a report of a party drinking liquor about to drive. A WM, 62, was placed on a 12-hour detox.

1:50 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St.: An officer recovered a found wallet.

2:09 p.m., 100 block of Crown Hill Rd.: An officer responded on a request to unlock a vehicle.

3:21 p.m., 900 block of S. Marietta St.: Officer responded to a report of a juvenile harassing other juveniles. The party left the area prior to officer’s arrival.

3:42 p.m., 1000 block of Frontier St.: Officer responded to a report of an odor believed to be from drug activity. An odor was detected but was not able to be identified.

4:35 St. Louis Ave. and Old Orchard Ave.: Officer responded to a report of a reckless driver. The driver was contacted and issued citations.

4:38 p.m., 800 block of St. Louis Ave.: Officers responded to a 911 hang up call. It was determined to be a vacant residence and no one was found in the area.

6:40 p.m., 600 block of Ellsworth St.: Officers responded to the area to help locate a juvenile which was upset and fled from friends. The juvenile was located and transported back to friends.

6:47 p.m., 1100 block of Cordell St.: Officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving several parties in the street. The parties advised it was verbal only and were counseled.

8:30 p.m., 400 block of St. Louis Ave.: Officer spoke with a party regarding threats made by a family member. She was advised of her options. Nothing further was requested.

8:33 p.m., 400 block of Benton Ave.: Officer responded to the area on a report of two parties arguing in a vehicle. The vehicle was not located.

9:10 p.m., 1400 block of Kearney Rd.: Officers contacted two parties at the business that appeared to be fighting. The parties advised it was verbal only.

9:37 p.m., 1300 block of Muriel Ln.: Officers responded to the area on a 911 hang-up call. No problems were found.

9:42 p.m., 1000 block of Italian Way: Officers responded to a residential panic alarm. The resident advised it was an accident and there were no problems.

9:49 p.m., 200 block of E. Water St.: Officers responded to a report of an unknown vehicle seen on the property via security camera. The residence was checked and no problems were found.

10:17 p.m., 1600 block of Kearney Rd.: Officers were dispatched on a report of a careless driver. The vehicle was located parked.

11:00 p.m., 200 block of S. Kansas City Ave.: Officers responded to a report of an unwanted party outside the residence. A WM, 18, was contacted and issued a trespass warning.

12:50 a.m., 100 block of N. Kansas City Ave.: Officer spoke with the resident regarding a party making threatening statements. She was advised of her options.

12:58 a.m., 500 block of St. Louis Ave.: Officer responded to a report of unwanted parties at the business. The parties were contacted and agreed to move on.

1:14 a.m., 400 block of Dunbar Ave.: Officers checked a building at the park with lights on. No problems were found.

1:18 a.m., S. Kansas City Ave. and St. Louis Ave.: Hope E. Scobee, WF, 17, was arrested on a Clay County warrant for fail to appear with a $250 bond. She was released to Clay County deputy

4:05 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: James Walden, WM, 45, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for fail to appear for no insurance and a bond of $500 cash. He was incarcerated pending payment of bond.

7:44 a.m., 200 block of Penn St.: An officer responded to retrieve alcohol that was sitting on a bench near the park. The item was recovered and destroyed at Headquaters.

9:06 a.m., 700 block of Northwind Dr.: An officer responded on a report of a small child walking by himself with no parent around. Upon arrival, the mother was outside with the child and she was counseled on leaving the child alone.

9:56 a.m., 300 block of W. Excelsior St.: Officers responded on a third party report of suicide threatened. Contact was made and the party agreed to go to hospital for treatment.

12:53 p.m., 100 block of Liberty St.: An officer responded to take a report for an assault.

3:10 p.m., 1000 block of Italian Way: Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver. The party was given a courtesy ride.

4:24 p.m., 1000 block of Frontier St.: An officer responded to a report of a marijuana odor. Parties were contacted and no odor was detected.

4:58 p.m., 200 block of N. Industrial Park Dr.: An officer responded on a request from Kansas City Police Department to attempt to locate a suspect vehicle. The vehicle was later found and towed at Kansas City’s request.

10:00 p.m., 1100 block of N. Jesse James Rd.: Officers responded to a report of suspicious parties. The area was checked, but no parties were located.

11:39 p.m., 1700 block of Rainbow Blvd.: Officers assisted the emergency room staff with bringing a patient back into the hospital.

11:57 p.m., 1900 block of Karlton Way: Officer responded to the area on a report of suspicious parties. The parties were contacted and everything was fine. Nothing further was requested.

 

Monday, May 7

1:48 a.m., 69 Hwy. and Cameron Rd.: Officer responded to the area on a report of a vehicle off the roadway. The driver was contacted and everything was fine. Nothing further was requested.

2:23 a.m., 100 block of Persimmon Dr.: Officer responded to the residence to take report of vandalism. It was determined to be a civil issue and nothing further was requested.

7:54 a.m., 200 block of Ridgeway Ave.: An officer spoke with a party who had questions regarding a civil matter. The questions were answered.

8:57 a.m., 100 block of Crown Hill Rd.: Officer responded to check the welfare of a party sleeping in a running vehicle in the parking lot. The party advised she had fallen asleep waiting for the store to open.

8:35 a.m., 400 block of Hotlz Ave.: Officer spoke with a citizen about a parking complaint. Officer then checked on the vehicle which was legally parked and did not appear to be disabled.

9:10 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: An escort was conducted for the Finance Department.

9:18 a.m., Old Orchard and Sycamore St.: An officer responded on a complaint of an illegally parked vehicle. Parties responsible for the vehicle were contacted and the vehicle was moved.

11:02 a.m., 200 block of N. Jesse James Rd.: Officer spoke with management at Flexible Staffing about problems they were having. They requested extra patrol during the early morning hours and trespass warnings be issued to two parties if they were contacted.

11:18 a.m., Crown Hill Rd. and N. Jesse James: Officer checked the area on a report of a disabled vehicle. The vehicle was gone prior to the officer’s arrival.

11:43 a.m., Kearney Rd. and Crown Hill Rd.: Officer recovered three credit cards from the street and a wallet from a good found at the same location. The owner was Samaritan contacted and will pick the wallet up.

11:56 a.m., 1700 block of W. Jesse James Rd.: Officers were dispatched on a report oft wanted party at a business. It was determined that the party was no longer wanted and that the party was not at the business.

1:44 p.m., 700 block of Salem Rd.: Officer spoke with a party about a threatening text message. She asked that the officer contact the sender and advise him to stop and to stay away from her residence.

1:47 p.m., 300 block of S. Titus Ave.: An officer responded on a medical call.

2:20 p.m., 600 block of Ellsworth St.: An officer spoke with a Parks and Rec employee about vandalism to parks.

2:33 p.m., 1100 block of Cordell St.: An officer responded on an ambulance call.

2:35 p.m., 700 block of St. Louis Ave.: An officer responded to check on a party who appeared to be confused.

2:39 p.m., 1300 block of Tracy Ave.: An officer conducted a funeral escort.

2:56 p.m., 400 block of St. Louis Ave.: Shirley Kimley, WF, 68 reported a theft. Investigation continues.

3:57 p.m., 2200 block of Patsy Ln.: Officers responded to the area on a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was not located.

4:20 p.m., 1800 block of W. Jesse James Rd.: Officer responded to a report of a tire blocking the roadway. The tire was moved prior to the officer’s arrival.

4:49 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St.: Rachel Chadwick, WF, 41, was arrested on a Jackson County warrant for failure to appear for stealing with a bond of $5000. She was booked and awaiting Jackson County extradition.

6:07 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St.: Kevin S. Froelich, WM, 33, was arrested on a Johnson County warrant for furnishing alcohol to minors X4 with a bond of $1000. He was booked and awaiting Johnson County extradition.

6:22 p.m., 1100 block of Tracy Ave.: Information was taken for an assault report.

7:07 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Brendan M. Moore, WM, 22, was arrested on a local fail to appear warrant. His bond was set at $250 cash only.

7:16 p.m., 400 block of Concourse Ave.: Officers responded to a report of a party walking down the street yelling at passerby’s. The party was contacted and everything was fine.

7:20 p.m., 2200 block of Wornall Rd.: Officer responded to a commercial burglary alarm. The building was found secure.

7:30 p.m., 700 block of Magnolia Ave.: Officers responded to a report of an open door at a vacant residence. The building was checked and no one was found inside.

7:48 p.m., 600 block of S. Kansas City Ave.: Officer responded to a report on an unwanted party at a business. The party left prior to the officer’s arrival.

7:49 p.m., 400 block of E. Broadway Ave.: Officer contacted a party trying to get into vacant building. The party was counseled and agreed to move on.

8:19 p.m., 69 Hwy. and Italian Way: Officers responded to a report of possible drug activity between two cars. The vehicles were not located.

8:28 p.m., 500 block of Salem Rd.: An officer responded to assist Lawson PD with a combative subject.

9:40 p.m., 1700 block of Rainbow Blvd.: Officers responded to assist staff on a combative subject at the hospital.

9:54 p.m., 1400 block of Neil Ln.: A WF, 33, was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for assault.

9:55 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St.: Officer responded to speak with a party regarding a domestic issue. The party was advised of her options.

10:13 p.m., 1000 block of Isley Blvd.: Officer responded to a report of suspicious parties in a storage locker. The locker was determined to be rented by the parties.

10:27 p.m., 1200 block of Lake Maurer Rd.: Officers responded to a report of an unwanted party. The party was gone prior to the officer’s arrival.
