Tuesday, October 23, 2018

1:38 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Zachary Coursen, WM, 28, was arrested on two Excelsior Springs warrants for fail to appear with a bond of $385. He was incarcerated pending payment of bond.

2:55 a.m., 1600 block of Meadowlark Lane, Noah Jordan, WM, 27, was arrested for driving while revoked. Brandy Minnick, WF, 29, was arrested for drug paraphernalia. They were released after the booking process.

9:03 a.m., 69 Highway and Cameron Road, An officer responded to check on a report of a vehicle driving too fast and all over the roadway. The vehicle was located but no violations were observed.

11:46 a.m., 1200 block of St. Louis Ave., Officers were dispatched on a report of a domestic disturbance with a male yelling profanity and beating on the door. Upon arrival no one would answer the door.

3:24 p.m., 100 block of Hickory St., Officers responded on a domestic assault and vandalism.

4:00 p.m., 1700 block of W. Jesse James Road, An officer responded to a report of a private property vehicle accident. The parties involved agreed to exchange information. Nothing further was requested.

8:41 p.m., 1900 block of W. Jesse James Road, Officers were involved in a pursuit with a motorcycle rider. Information was taken for a report.

9:24 p.m., 69 Highway and Cameron Road, Officers responded to the area on a report of an aggressive driver. The vehicle was not located.

12:23 a.m., Kansas City and Leavenworth, A WM, 21, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:16 a.m., 1000 block of N. Jesse James Road, Trenton Cochenour, WM, 19, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The subject was issued citations and released after the booking process.

5:16 a.m., 300 block of S. Main St., Trenton Cochenour, WM, 19, was arrested on a Moniteau County Missouri warrant for fail to appear with a bond of $625. He was incarcerated pending extradition to Moniteau County.

8:58 a.m., 300 block of S. Main St., A report was taken for forcible sodomy.

10:50 a.m., 1600 block of Kearney Road, Michelle Dillon, WF, 48, and Sara Pyle, WF, 42, were involved in a minor accident.

2:15 p.m., Kearney Road and Old Orchard, Christy Fisher, WF, 48, was arrested on a Nodaway County warrant for failure to appear for fail to register vehicle. Her bond was set at $169 cash-only. She was booked and incarcerated pending extradition.

3:02 p.m., 200 block of N. Jesse James Road, Debra Malone, WF, 60, reported the roof at Flexible Staffing had been spray painted.

3:25 p.m., 500 block of Beverly Ave., A report was taken for violation of ex parte.

4:51 p.m., Temple Avenue and Isley Boulevard, An officer responded to the lobby to speak with a party regarding a leaving the scene accident which had just occurred. There was no damage done to the vehicle and the party only wanted officers aware of the incident.

5:01 p.m., 1200 block of Trask St., Officers responded on a disturbance in progress. A WF, 36, was placed on a 24-hour hold for domestic assault. EMS was requested for an involved party who was having a panic attack.

10:10 p.m., 69 Highway and Crown Hill Road, Andrea Vanzant, WF, 20, was arrested on a felony Leavenworth County, Kansas warrant for stealing, with no bond. She was transported to Clay County Detention for extradition. A WF, 21, was placed on a 24-hour hold for possession of a controlled substance

1:41 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Gage Sharp, WM, 18, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for failure to appear with a bond of $250 cash. He was booked and incarcerated pending payment of bond.

2:34 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Ryan Anderson, WM, 37, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for failure to appear with a bond of $279 cash. He was incarcerated pending payment of his bond.

3:04 a.m., 500 block of S. Kansas City Ave., Officers responded on a 911 hang up call from the location. Subjects were contacted and advised they had called 911 and hung up because they thought someone in inside the hallway. She checked and did not locate anyone or want anything else.

5:35 a.m., 300 block of S. Kansas City Ave., Kyle Konrardy, WM, 35, was arrested for resisting arrest and 12-hour detoxification. He was booked and incarcerated pending bond and time served.

8:07 a.m., 600 block of Ellsworth St., Chad Clevenger, WM, 47, reported someone had burnt the recycle bin at Siloam Mountain Park overnight. Investigation continues.

8:38 a.m., St. Louis and Veterans Memorial Drive, An officer responded on a report of a semi jack-knifed on the hill. The truck was moving prior to the officer’s arrival. Directions were provided to the driver.

9:36 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Anthony Burch, WM, 35, was arrested on a local warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. His bond was set at $500 cash-only. He was booked and incarcerated.

9:53 a.m., 1300 block of Kearney Road, James Iser, WM, 49, reported parties had stolen an Xbox controller from the pawn shop.

10:48 a.m., 500 block of Tiger Drive, An officer responded on a report of cars parked in handicapped spots without handicapped placards. The cars did had placards but they were not properly displayed.

1:47 p.m., 2300 block of Vintage Drive, A credit card was recovered and turned in to Police Headquarters. The credit card company will attempt to contact the owner and have them pick it up.

2:50 p.m., 100 block of Highland Park Ave., Herbert McNeal, WM, 68, reported he had been scammed.

5:22 p.m., 2200 block of Patsy Lane, Officer recovered a firearm which was found unattended in the women’s restroom. The firearm was later returned to the owner.

6:20 p.m., 500 block of Caldwell Ave., Officers responded to the residence on a report of a verbal disturbance. The parties involved were advised of their options.

7:24 p.m., 100 block of S. Myrtle Ave., Amber R. Beverlin, WF, 33, reported her cell phone stolen.

8:40 p.m., Vintage Drive and 69 Highway, Officer removed a tire from the roadway.

9:33 p.m., Isley Boulevard and Farris Street, Officer responded to the area on a report of a traffic cone in the roadway causing a hazard. The area was checked, but nothing was located.

10:35 p.m., 600 block of S. Marietta St., Officers responded to the residence on a report of an assault. Information was taken for a report.

11:45 p.m., Highland Park and Titus Avenue, Sarah Sellers, WF, 27, was arrested for possession of controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and fail to keep right. She was released after the booking process.

3:49 a.m., 1600 block of Meadowlark Lane, Officer contacted employees in reference to an earlier theft. Investigation continues.

9:26 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Robert Martinez, WM, 49, was arrested on a local failure to appear warrant for driving while revoked. He was booked in with a cash-only bond of $500.

6:10 p.m., 300 block of Temple Ave., Virgil C. Rimmer, WM, 57, reported his vehicle was struck by a driver who left the scene of the accident. Information was taken for a report. Investigation continues.

7:46 p.m., 800 block of E. Seybold Road, Officers responded to the area on a report of gunshots. The parties discharging firearms were located and advised of the city ordinance.

 

Saturday, October 27, 2018

12:15 a.m., 500 block of Park St., Nikki Lea, WF, 34, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and illegal plates. She was released after the booking process and issued citations.

2:45 a.m., 1600 block of Meadowlark Lane, Officer responded on a possible disturbance at the location. Officers contacted a WM, 30, on a car stop and he was arrested on a 24-hour hold for driving while intoxicated, open liquor, stop sign, peace disturbance and trespassing. A WF, 29, was also arrested on a 24-hour hold for peace disturbance, vandalism and trespassing. They were both incarcerated pending the case being presented for prosecution.

3:45 a.m., 10 Highway and Golf Hill Drive, Officer stood by for traffic control with a vehicle who had struck a deer and damaged his vehicle. Officer stood by until the wrecker responded and removed the vehicle.

12:36 p.m., Wornall and Crown Hill Road, An officer responded to take a report for an assault that occurred at the location. Investigation continues.

2:14 p.m., 1900 block of W. Jesse James Road, An officer responded to take a report for burglary to a storage unit. Investigation continues.

3:13 p.m., 600 block of Old Orchard Ave., Justin Falls, WM, 25, was arrested for driving while suspended and expired license plates. He was cited and released on scene due to a medical emergency. EMS was requested for transport to the hospital for treatment.

5:18 p.m., H Highway and McCleary Road, An officer responded to the area on a report of a vehicle being driven with several unsecured children. The vehicle was not located.

7:44 p.m., 2200 block of Patsy Lane, An officer obtained information for a report regarding a stealing that had occurred previously. The investigation continues.

8:05 p.m., 600 block of St. Louis Ave., Officers responded to a report of an assault. Information was obtained for a report. The investigation continues.

8:16 p.m., 300 block of E. Broadway Ave., Officers responded to a report of a party passed out in a running vehicle. Connor J. Patterson, WM, 24, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, open liquor and illegal plates. His bond was set at $1,250.

11:08 p.m., 1500 block of Tracy Ave., A WM, 46, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for driving while intoxicated, fail to keep right, fail to signal left turn, no seatbelt and no insurance.

12:40 a.m., 600 block of Old Orchard Ave., Justin S. Falls, WM, 35, was arrested on a Gladstone warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended with bond of $1,000.

12:55 a.m., 400 block of S. Titus Ave., Officer took a report for domestic assault.

1:53 a.m., Calhoun and Park Avenue, Lindsey E. Copeland, WF, 18, was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol. She was booked and released on her own recognizance with a court date.

2:06 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Noah J. Jordan, WM, 27, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for failure to appear for unpaid fines with total bond of $268 cash-only.

3:00 a.m., Old Orchard Avenue and Cypress Street, Ethel M. Plouffe, WF, 44, was arrested on a Camden County warrant for failure to appear for misdemeanor theft with bond of $728.50 cash-only.

10:34 a.m., 1900 block of W. Jesse James Road, An officer responded to take a report for burglary to a storage unit. Investigation continues.

10:46 a.m., 600 block of Old Orchard Ave., Justin Falls, WM, 35, was arrested on a Platte County warrant for failing to provide proof of insurance. He was booked in with a bond of $135 and was later released to Platte County.

10:50 a.m., 500 block of Tiger Drive, Officers responded on a report of a theft of a cell phone. A BM, 17, was placed on a 24-hour hold for assault and stealing.

11:18 a.m., 300 block of Concourse Ave., Officers responded on a report of a disturbance in progress. Contact was made with parties involved who advised it was verbal only. Nothing further was requested.

6:00 p.m., 700 block of Old Orchard Ave., Officers responded to a report of a physical disturbance involving two family members. Information was obtained for a report.

 

Monday, October 29, 2018

12:29 a.m., 700 block of Tiger Drive, Officers responded to the area on a report of a disturbance. A WM, 33, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for assault, peace disturbance, open liquor, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful discharge of fireworks.

7:31 a.m., 1200 block of E. Golf Hill Drive, Robert Mitchell, WM, 32, reported his work vehicle had been broken into overnight.

8:28 a.m., 2000 block of W. Jesse James Road, David Derringer, WM, 35, reported his license plates had been stolen.

8:32 a.m., N. Jesse James and Wornall Road, Christine Militscher, WF, 57, and Shawn Brokhausen, WM, 46, were involved in a minor accident.

9:40 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Rebecca Server, WF, 26, was arrested on a local warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended, no insurance, no taillight and false information. Her bond was set at $1,000 cash-only.

11:46 a.m., 700 block of St. Louis Ave., An officer took an assault report.

1:42 p.m., 1000 block of E. Broadway Ave., Dr. Schreier reported a fraudulent check.

2:19 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Darren Eller, WM, 50, surrendered on a local warrant for failure to appear for multiple charges. His bond was set at $1,000 cash-only. He was booked and released after posting bond.

2:24 p.m., 1200 block of W. Forest Lane, Officers responded with the Fire Department on a grass fire.

6:42 p.m., 69 Highway and Crown Hill Road, Ray Jacky, WM, 21, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, speeding, careless and imprudent driving, no driver’s license and urinating in public. His bond was set at $350. He was held on a 12-hour detoxification.

8:06 p.m., 1700 block of W. Jesse James Road, A WM, 21, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance. A WF, 20, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold for possession of a controlled substance.

11:24 p.m., 2200 block of Patsy Lane, Dominick M. Turner, BM, 23, was arrested on a Johnson County, Kansas, felony warrant for aggravated burglary, firearm theft and aggravated robbery with a bond of $15,000. He was transported to Clay County Detention Center to await extradition.
