A 45-year-old Excelsior Springs resident, who is facing two felony charges, has waived a preliminary hearing.
Ronald Dean Lana is charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action.

Angles accepted the waiver and ordered Lana to appear in Division One of the Circuit Court of Clay County on July 18 at 8:30 a.m. for arraignment.
