Following a road rage shooting, an Excelsior Springs transient was identified and arrested by the Excelsior Springs Police Department (ESPD), with help from Clay County Sheriff’s Office.Paul C. Buchholz, 61, has been charged with two felonies, including armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon, shooting at or from a motor vehicle at a person, motor vehicle or building.This week, Buchholz appeared before Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Karen L. Krauser for an arraignment hearing. He entered a plea of not guilty and requested a bond modification.
