Excelsior Springs looks to earn third straight neighborly city recognition

Excelsior Springs is looking to build on its neighborly reputation as the community works toward earning statewide recognition for a third consecutive year.

Missouri Good Neighbor Week, set for Sept. 28 through Oct. 4, encourages residents across the state to build connections through acts of neighboring, which can be reported as part of an annual effort recognizing Missouri’s most neighborly communities. Reporting and nominations are now open, giving residents an opportunity to document those acts and recognize neighbors, businesses and neighborhoods ahead of the statewide celebration.
