Born in Indiana to Kenneth and Marjorie Massa, James served in the U.S. Navy from 1969 to 1972.

He is survived by his two sons, Rob Dagley and Chris Massa; and many grandchildren, who were his pride and joy. He will be joined in heaven by his wife, Vicki Massa; and son, Shawn; as well as his greatgrandson, Waylon.

He will be missed by all who knew him but not forgotten.
