Judith Leora Simpson, 56, passed on Sept. 9, 2021. She was born to Richard Jenkins and Lois (Hall) Jenkins in Bryson City, NC on April 4, 1965. 

Judith married Ted Simpson in 1985 in Bryson City, NC. They moved to Excelsior Springs, MO in 1987. There they shared their love and raised their children for 31 years. After a brief stay in Florida, they settled in Gravois Mills, MO to be close to family. Judy had six children: Rhonda (Donnie), Melissa (Marcus), Jessica, Jason (Brandy), Jenny, and Heather. In addition to her husband and children, she is survived by 23 grandchildren, Isaiah, Jordan, Johnathan, Mason, Makayla, Bradley, Kelly, Galilea, Manus II, Septamus, Octavius, DJ, Carmen, Logan, Mytchal, Gregory, Johnny Jr., Abby, Leora, Sarah, Jennifer, Tyral and Dashawn; two sisters, Sharon and Lesia; brother, Johnny; mother-in-law, Betty Simpson; and countless friends and extended family.  

She is preceded in death by her mother and father. 

Her love for her family will always be remembered and cherished.
