Ms. Sherron was born July 29, 1935, in Lamar.

Kathryn (Rawlings) Sherron was a lifelong Excelsior Springs resident. She was active in the Eagles Club, serving leadership roles during her 40 years of service with the Eagles Club. Kathryn also loved the Chiefs.

She was preceded in death by her parents; five siblings; and her two sons, Danny Robert Sherron and Russell Emerson Sherron.

Survivors include her daughter, Frances L. Foreman; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Kathryn also is survived by one sibling, John Rawlings.

Kathryn’s memorial service will be in the spring of 2024 in Lamar. Contributions can be made to her daughter, Fran Foreman; 1010 N. Hickman St.; Centralia, MO 65240 or to the Eagles organization.

Services are in care of Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs.
