Kellie J. Johnson, 57, from Orrick, MO passed away Jan. 5, 2022.  

She is the beloved wife of Larry Johnson. She is survived by her brother, Douglas A. Rice Jr. (Ursula) of Trimble, MO.  Mother to Rachel Johnson (Corey) of Parkville, Emilee Martin of Orrick and Dana Martin (Casey) of Kansas City. Stepson Dustin Johnson and Stepdaughter Melanie Johnson of Richmond.  

Kellie lived for her family, her husband and especially her grandchildren. Being a Nana was one of her most prized titles. She loved going on vacations, sometimes it felt like they weren’t ever home. She loved helping people and being the person that you could call just to have her listen. Kellie really enjoyed going to Branson and Jamesport with Rhonda and Wayne Penrod.  

Kellie is preceded in death by her mother, Jeannette L. Rice, her sister Kimberly K. Rice, and her father, Douglas A. Rice Sr. 

Celebration of Life will be held Thursday Jan. 13, 2022, at 7 p.m. at Messenger Chapel, 601 S. Thornton, Richmond, MO 64085.
