Shelby Sue (Holder) McFee, 69, Excelsior Springs, passed away May 19, 2026, peacefully at her home.

Shelby was born Oct. 31, 1956. A celebration of life service will be held noon-9 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at Tryst Falls. Please bring a covered dish to share, along with memories and photos to share.

She worked as a property manager in Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Ruth (Lockamy) Holder, both of Excelsior Springs; brothers, Billy and Ronnie Holder; and sister, Marilyn Ritchey.

Survivors include her sister, Bonnie McGinnis of Orrick; brother, Michael Holder of Excelsior Springs; eight grandchildren, Jackie, Joseph, Leia, Mason, Bryan, Adrianna, Corbin and Madison; five great-grandsons; and great-granddaughter.
