Timothy E. Jeffers “T.J.”, 58, of Excelsior Springs passed away at 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020, at Liberty Hospital.

Timothy was born on June 30, 1962, in Lexington, the son of the late Harold Donald and the late Betty (Bullock) Jeffers. He married his love, Linda Taylor, at Tryst Falls on June 8, 2013. He had many hobbies that he loved,

He had many hobbies that he loved, which included building models, working on and driving race cars, racing cars with his grandkids, camping and fishing. He loved the outdoors. He worked several jobs. The one he enjoyed the most was being a jailer in Henrietta.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Jeffers, of the home; son, Josh Jeffers and wife Amanda (Excelsior Springs); daughter, Nucoal Hurshman and husband Damon; daughter, Brande Jeffers (Louisiana); brother, Donald Jeffers (Excelsior Springs); stepdaughter, Elizabeth LaRue and husband Michael (Orrick); stepson, Lee Van Pelt and wife Melody (Kansas City); and many grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Betty Jeffers; brother, David Jeffers; sister-in-law, Judy Jeffers; and two sisters, Sybill Miller and Sonja Allemang.
