ESFA returns to the gridiron with four youth teams

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Youth football is underway again in town. The Excelsior Springs Football Association is fielding four teams this season – a combination of second- and third-graders, a fourth-grade team, a fifthgrade team and a sixth-grade team. As of late August, 80 players were suiting up and looking to display their football skills. Jonathan Mawby is leading the second- and third-graders, with Cody Landgrebe and Brian Eason as his assistants. Chris Lingle is leading the fourth-graders with the help of Joshua Mawby, Zane Stottlemyre, Austin Shouse and Zach Pridgen. Anthony Circo is leading the fifthgraders, with assistance from Jeremy Masters, Quinton Sellars and Joe King.
