EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Senior Mallory Millsap has two athletic passions: softball and basketball. Millsap has been a two-sport athlete since she began playing school sports in the Excelsior Springs School District. She has enjoyed playing both sports – so much so that “it is hard to choose which sport I enjoy more,” she said. Still, if Millsap had to choose between the two, she probably could. “I would probably pick softball,” Millsap, who has played some form of softball since age 5, said. “I love the feeling it gives me when I get to play with my favorite people.” Academically, Millsap has a clear favorite subject – or subjects.
