Hoskins passes another pro-animal bill

JEFFERSON CITY – State Sen. Denny Hoskins got another dog bill through the General Assembly.
The suspect who was apprehended by ESPD at the scene of a shooting outside an Excelsior Springs convenience store has now been charged.
Clay County Court on Thursday issued a warrant charging Dylan G. Townsend, 25, from Excelsior Springs with First Degree Assault, Armed Criminal Action and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Townsend's bond is set at $500,000.
