An Excelsior Springs woman has been granted a bond reduction after being arrested for allegedly discharging a firearm during a domestic violence altercation while children were present. Brandi Brand, 47, is facing three felony charges, including firstdegree domestic assault; first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, creating substantial risk without sexual contact; and unlawful use of a weapon, discharging into a home, motor vehicle or other means of transportation.
