Kelly leads Excelsior Springs at Odessa Tournament

RICHMOND – Olivia Kelly cracked the top 20 Monday at the Odessa Tournament at Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond. By finishing her 18-hole, par-71 round with a 113 (+42), the Excelsior Springs junior finished in a three-way tie for 20th.

Area golfers crack top 30 at Richmond

RICHMOND – The Spartans and Tigers each produced at least one top-30 finisher at the Richmond Girls Golf Tournament Wednesday. Richmond’s Kennedy Wrisinger led area finishers by placing in a three-way tie for eighth in the 18-hole tournament at Shirkey Golf Course.

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Before playing in last week’s Ozark Fall Festival, Excelsior Springs was on a scoring tear and a winning tear in varsity softball. Playing in three games in three days, the Tigers went 2-1, posting wins over William Chrisman of Independence and Harrisonville.
