Cantrell announces retirement

Body
I am writing this to inform you that I will no longer be able to serve as your primary care physician at Lawson Family Practice. After 34 years in family practice, the biggest part of that in Lawson, I have decided to close my practice due to rising overhead expenses and lower reimbursements from insurance. My last day of see patients will be June 3, 2020. During this time I will continue appointments thru doxyme.com/sidcantrell or by telephone. I will be having surgery soon after that date.
