Bond modified again for ES man in child-related case
An Excelsior Springs man charged in connection with the serious injuries suffered by a twomonth- old infant has been granted a limited bond modification after a series of violation reports were filed by bond supervision agencies.Noah Z. Odeh, 26, is charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, serious physical injury, no sexual contact. He was recently authorized to travel to an auto repair shop on a date to be approved by his electronic supervision agency or bond supervisor, by Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Timothy Flook.This most recent modification came despite a fourth violation report filed by the Electronic Supervision Agency (ESA) and Midwest ADP.
