Clark pleads not guilty; bond reduction denied
A Rayville man has been denied a bond modification while facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges involving drugs.Justin A. Clark, 38, is charged with four offenses, including felony possession of a controlled substance, felony hindering prosecution, misdemeanor hindering prosecution and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.Clark recently entered a not-guilty plea to these charges before Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Lori J. Baskins. Following his plea, Clark requested a reduction on his $10,000 bond, which was denied by Baskins.Clark will appear for a preliminary hearing at 10 a.m. on May 6.According to the probable cause statement filed by Missouri State Highway Trooper A.
