The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department.

Thursday, October 10

At 12:58 a.m., Jason Brower, 44, was arrested for outside warrant service.

At 3:04 p.m., Joshua Massie, 35, was arrested for open liquor/ other miscellaneous liquor offenses.

At 6:55 p.m., Brian Grayson, 49, was arrested for outside warrant service.

At 8:36 p.m., Sarah Dutton, 37, was arrested for disobeying lawful order; trespassing – 1st degree.

At 8:36 p.m., Justin Morris, 42, was arrested for disobeying lawful order; trespassing – 1st degree.

Friday, October 11

At 11:03 a.m., Nikkia Lawrence, 28, was arrested for (felony) possession of controlled substance; state license plates required/failure to register (expired plates); no valid operator’s license.

At 4:38 p.m., Jacob Winfree, 27, was arrested for failure to appear.
