Four individuals have been arrested following a joint operation, Operation Full Cart Press, aimed at monitoring local businesses and safeguarding them against shoplifting.On Dec. 9 and 13, deputies from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) worked in partnership with officers from the Liberty Police Department and representatives from local retail stores to proactively combat shoplifting in the retail area along Missouri Route 152 in Liberty. Together, they developed a strategy to monitor the stores, allowing them to swiftly identify and apprehend individuals suspected of shoplifting as soon as the thefts occurred.Operation Full Cart Press resulted in the arrests of four people, three of whom have been charged:• Yolanda K. Tinsley, 54, of Kansas City, Mo. - charged with resisting arrest and misdemeanor stealing in connection to the theft of $634.81 worth of items from Feldman’s Farm and Home, including Carhart coats and accessories...
