Compassion and kindness are exactly what was used to form a special relationship between Excelsior Springs resident Edwin (Ed) Weidler and several members of the Dari-B Drive-In staff. Weidler said the relationship he and his wife, Deborah, formed with them was a unique one. “After taking my wife to her many doctors’ appointments, I would always stop in with her and get her beloved Dari-B sangria.
