Excelsior Springs residents are invited to help shape the future of the city by attending a public open house on April 16 to discuss the city’s Comprehensive Plan. The event will occur from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 1650 Rainbow Boulevard. Attendees can arrive any time during the two-hour window, as there will be no formal presentation.The open house is part of the city’s “Engage” phase in the planning process.
