If so, then chances are, Thrive Excelsior will celebrate your work and give you a $25 gift card. It’s an online contest giving away monthly “Curb Appeal Awards” to local residents. From May through December, Thrive Excelsior chooses a specific neighborhood in Excelsior Springs and accepts nominations of residents who go above and beyond the call in maintaining their homes and properties. Nominations are open throughout each month, and then, a winner is selected by Thrive Excelsior’s Housing/Neighborhoods Committee. To be considered, nominees must live within the neighborhood district being recognized during the month they’re nominated.
