Ada Irene Culp passed away peacefully in her sleep Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at her home in Excelsior Springs at age 76.

Ada was born on July 10, 1944, to Leonard White and Ida Masters of Kansas City. She married Delbert Culp Oct. 6, 1961, in Kansas City and they had two boys, Delbert and Billy Culp.

Ada was a fun, hardworking, well-loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She worked as a nursing aid at Lawson Manor for many years. She enjoyed working in her garden, tending to her flowers and could whoop you at card games. Her favorite was Rummy 5000. She was an amazing woman. She will forever be remembered by her loved ones.

Ada is survived by her husband, Delbert Culp of Excelsior Springs; son, Billy Joe Culp and spouse, Janice Culp, of Cameron; son, Delbert Culp and significant other, Kathy Culp, of Richmond; six grandkids, Ginnesta Ginnings, Jeremy Culp, Patricia Culp, Chris Culp, Josh Culp and Crystal Vanderslice; 14 great-grandchildren, Lizzarae Shearer, Tre Shearer, Noah Shearer, Ty Culp, Coraline Ginnings, Hallie Vanderslice, John Vanderslice, Kristen Vanderslice, Kayla Culp, Daylene Culp, Megan Nafzinger, Dakota Nafzinger, Noah Allevato and Selena Culp; and one great-great-grandchild, Adaline Keck.
