Debra Fern Elliott, 59, passed away April 9, 2021, in Excelsior Springs.

Debbie was born Aug. 23, 1961, in Kansas City to the late Charles and Joann Elliott. Debbie is survived by her daughter, Nicole Lichte; son, Zachary Johnston; sister, Gena Willis; brother, Gary Elliot; and grandchildren, Leni, Dylan, Joey and Levi.

At her request, there will be no service. The family has expressed that your thoughts and prayers are appreciated.
