James C. Johnson, 82, of Lawson, MO passed away Sunday, Nov. 21, 2021, at North Care Hospice House. 

He was born on Sept. 20, 1939, in Kansas City, MO to Filo and Mary Johnson.  He worked for TWA for 40 plus years.   

He is survived by his son, Jamie (Terry) Johnson; daughter, Jewel (John) Bailey; granddaughters, April Richardson and Elizabeth Davis all of Lawson; and grandson, J.C. Bailey of Pennsylvania. 

He was blessed with eight great-grandchildren, Landon and Levi Benson, Annabel, Addison and Lane Richardson, Aidan, Allie and Abel Davis, all of Lawson. 

He was preceded in death by a grandson, James Bailey; his parents, Filo and Mary Johnson; a brother, Chuck Johnson and companion, Jeanie Johnson. 

A memorial visitation will be held from 1:30 - 3 p.m., Friday, Nov. 26, 2021, at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home Lawson Chapel.
