Kurt Manley

Sept. 24, 1960-March 6, 2026 Kurt Allen Manley, age 65, of Hudson, Ohio, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026. He was a cherished father, “Papa,” son, uncle and brother. Kurt was born Sept. 24, 1960, in Sabetha, Kan. A skilled welder, he dedicated more than 40 years of service to Mid America Car Inc. Outside of work, Kurt had a passion for collecting antiques, tinkering in his shop and working on his VW dune buggy. In his later years, nothing was more important to him than the time he spent with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his son, Joshua (Jessica) Manley; beloved grandchildren, Carter, Henry and Eliza; and father, Sherman Dean Manley.

Kurt was preceded in death by his mother, Sonja Joan Manley (née Dougherty); sister, Kathy; and brothers, Korey and Kent.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
