Born Feb 15, 1937, died July 17th, 2021. Larry was born in Coffeyville, Kansas. He retired from the air force after serving 22 years. He leaves his wife, Mary Joyce Owens; son, Randy Dean Owens; two grandchildren, Dominique Moon and her son, Anakin, and Brandon Owen, his wife, Angie, and daughter, Nova. A memorial service will be held later, no date set yet.
