Mary Louise Eldridge, 81, of Wood Heights, MO passed away peacefully Sunday April 17, 2022, at 8:44 p.m. at Lawson Manor with family at her bedside.

Mary was born Oct. 10, 1940, in Kansas City, MO. Mary was a beautiful, sweet, and sassy soul that made friends everywhere she went. She loved old westerns, country music, card games, and hummingbirds. Mary loved staying up all night listening to country music and playing cards with her boyfriend, Bill. She loved gardening, going on road trips, and made the best “Grandma’s” spaghetti. Her favorite song was Charlie Pride, “Kiss an Angel Good Morning,” it always made her smile, and she would dance and sing along with it. You could always find Mary with a cup of coffee and a chocolate chip cookie in her hand making everyone laugh by telling jokes and giving them a hard time.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Napolean and Mildred Merrell; her late husband, Kenneth Eldridge; son, Nickie Eldridge; daughter, Kathy Eldridge; grandson, Michael Eldridge Jr; and her dog, Jake.

Survivors include significant other, Bill Marrant; two daughters, Janice Lewis and Courtney Fizer (John); three sons and their wives, Greg Bartholomew (Peggy), Mike Eldridge (Sheena), and Kenny Eldridge (Tammy); daughter-in-law and best friend, Ulva Eldridge; grandchildren and spouses, Tiffany Wilson (Clyde), Meagan Schwab, Logan Bartholomew (Jenna), Landon Bartholomew (Samantha), Jeremy Eldridge, Charlie Eldridge, Samantha Eldridge, Nick Eldridge (Brentney), Lauren Eldridge, and Zach Eldridge; and great-grandchildren, Brooklynn Schwab, Gracie Bishop, Paisley Eldridge, Haylee Eldridge, Auttumn Eldridge, Timothy Eldridge, Adrian Bartholomew, Clyde Jr. Griffin and Waylon Griffin.
